The course is based on the standards of the international CFI Institute and aims to develop participants’ practical financial analysis skills by combining financial statement analysis, valuation modeling, and the analytical logic required for business decision-making.

Within the scope of the program, learners/participants will:

  • Develop in-depth knowledge of financial analysis and management at both theoretical and practical levels, based on CFI Institute (FMVA®) standards.

  • Build practical skills in reading financial statements, analyzing financial ratios, and constructing financial models.

  • Perform Discounted Cash Flow (DCF), Comparable Companies, and Sensitivity analyses to support investment decision-making.

  • Gain practical insight into business valuation, capital management, cash flow analysis, and strategic planning.

  • Strengthen their understanding of international financial reporting standards and the importance of conducting analysis in line with investment ethics.

  • Appreciate the competitive advantage of internationally aligned knowledge and skills in the fields of financial analysis and consulting.

  • Develop professional judgment and strategic thinking based on interpreting financial data and forming analytical conclusions.

  • Contribute to the digitalization of modern businesses by ensuring accuracy, transparency, and control in financial report analysis.

  • Apply the acquired knowledge in practice, cultivating analytical thinking and enhancing professional competitiveness in both local and international markets.

As a result, participants acquire not only theoretical knowledge but also practical skills in applying analytical tools for business valuation, financial modeling, strategic decision-making, and international professional advancement.

Who Is This Course For?

The course is open to adults aged 23 to 50 who have sufficient professional experience or relevant education. To participate, applicants must have:

  • Experience as an accountant, auditor, financial specialist, or in a related field, or

  • Relevant higher education in accounting, finance, or economics.

  • Basic computer knowledge and digital skills to complete tasks in software environments, and to prepare analytical charts and spreadsheets.

  • A sense of professional responsibility and adherence to ethical standards, as the course involves practical, real-world analytical work.

All the above requirements apply simultaneously and are mandatory for enrollment in the course.

Additional Information

The instructor is certified by both Armenian and international institutions (with more than 20 certifications and licenses in the fields of audit and finance). Notably: ACCA, LondonSBA, MasterCard Academy, Intuit, and others. The instructor holds a DBA (Doctor of Business Administration) degree and is listed among Intuit QuickBooks experts.

Each course module lasts 2 months, with 2 classes per week. Each class is 2.5 to 3 hours long.

The course will be conducted via the Zoom platform.
